The Price for Life offer
will keep your rates at the above listed monthly
rates. Qwest fees on Mainstream provisioned
DSL will go up $3 to $6/month after 1 year without
the Price for Life. Qwest fees on Qwest
provisioned DSL are $3 to $6/month higher initially
if you don't select the Price for Life. The
Price for Life is a 2 year commitment and if you
terminate before 2 years Qwest will charge you a
$200 early termination fee. This offer only
applies to 1.5mb and higher speeds.
